Tokyo events for Monday, October 28 to Sunday, November 3, 2019

The infamous Shibuya Halloween street party may be a little sedate this year after the ward put a ban on public drinking for October 31. But you can still get your Halloween party fix at Womb, one of Japan’s biggest clubs. On Sunday, there are Culture Day festivals, like the Iruma Air Show and the horseback archery event at Meiji Jingu Shrine. Plus lively affairs like the Dream Yosacoy Festival and the Aoyama Festival are on this week too!
