First up we’ve got the World Valentine’s Festival at Yoyogi Park going down from 10:00 am-7:00 pm on February 14th and 15th. This Yoyogi Park event has got you covered with a bazaar, food stalls, music, and theatrical performances. You can even catch a screening of romantic movies. Weather’s looking good this weekend so you can bring the literal and figurative cheese for a picnic in the park too.

Back again this Sunday the 15th is the Oedo Antique Market from 9 am to 4 pm. Antiquing at Japan’s largest outdoor market makes for a novel date idea. You and your sweetie can spend the day outdoors perusing the stalls and hopefully stumble across some good wares.

Suggested Activity
Get Tickets To the Samurai Restaurant in Shinjuku [10% OFF]
Experience one of the craziest, most colorful places in Tokyo — the all-new Samurai Restaurant, from the creators of the Robot Restaurant. Get your tickets and sit back for a wild show of lasers, lights, samurai, dancers and other uniquely Japanese weirdness. ...

If you really want to dazzle your date, bring them to Tokyo Dome City for the Promenade of Light. This weekend is your last to see the impressive display of lights and whimsy

If you’re looking for non-love-related events, The 18th Japan Media Arts Festival is a great pick. It’s the last weekend to check out the media art gallery that showcases the creative works from 71 countries.

Our last mention goes to the NHK Museum of Broadcasting. February 15th is the last day to visit “the birthplace of Japanese broadcasting” before it closes for renovations. This museum’s got old school cred by displaying all the original equipment from when they opened in 1925.
