Yotsuya Station is an interchange station in central Tokyo. The station is served by the JR Chūō Line (Rapid) JR Chūō-Sōbu Line, the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line, and the Tokyo Metro Namboku Line.

There is an Atre Shopping Center connected to the Kojimachi entrance, as well as a ticketing center for purchasing limited express and Shinkansen tickets.
