The classic fairy tale of Sleeping Beauty comes to life in this dazzling ballet.
What to expect
The stage will be a bright display of glow-in-the-dark costumes and light, as dancers twirl and sway through the pages of Sleeping Beauty. Follow their enchanting steps through the joyful birth of a princess to her deep sleep — and all the way to her happily ever after.
The ballet has two showings, one starting at 3:30 p.m., and the other at 6 p.m. Each performance will last about an hour.
Tickets
Tickets are priced by seat location, with the cheapest being ¥4,200. The priciest seats are on the third floor and will set you back ¥7,700. Get them here.
How to get there
The ballet will be held at the Sogetsu Hall in Akasaka. The quickest way there is to take the Tokyo Metro to Aoyama-Itchome Station, from where it’s an 8-minute walk to the venue.
