After a nearly four-year hiatus for mandatory military service, BTS is requesting Permission to Dance with the surprise announcement of a whopping 79 shows across five continents.
What to expect
The tour, which is currently set to span nearly 12 months, is one of the biggest in the band’s history and will accompany a brand-new album scheduled for release in March of this year, their first since 2022’s Proof.
Schedule
The Tokyo shows are at Tokyo Dome on April 17 and 18.
On Friday, April 17, doors open at 4:30 p.m. and the show starts at 6:30 p.m. On Saturday, April 18, doors open at 1 p.m. and the show starts at 3 p.m.
Tickets
Tickets are tiered, starting from ¥25,000 for S seats, ¥35,000 for SS seats, and going up to ¥45,000 for VIP. VIP gets you bonus merch and faster entry, but isn’t expected to hit general sale.
Sales are via a lottery system, with paper ticket collection at Lawson or Ministop.
