From March 1 to April 30, art collective teamLab’s body-immersive museum teamLab Planets Tokyo will transform its artworks into a digital cherry blossom paradise.
What happens?
While most of the usual artworks will remain the same, for a limited time only, you can sit under raining sakura in “Floating in the Falling Universe of Flowers” and wade through cherry blossom petals in “Drawing on the Water Surface Created by the Dance of Koi and People – Infinity”.
Tickets
Tickets cost ¥3,800 for adults on weekdays and ¥4,200 on weekends, holidays, and special periods (March 21–April 5; April 30–May 2). Get tickets here.
Children under the age of three get in for free.
