Clamp Exhibition

This limited-time exhibition champions the iconic work produced by Clamp, an all-female Japanese manga artist collective.

What happens?

Categorized into five main themes — Color, Love, Adventure, Magic, and Phrase — this exhibition will detail the history of the collective as well as display original manga manuscripts.

Original and exclusive goods, such as cards, themed coffee bags, and badges, will also be on sale. On top of this, the restaurants and cafes inside the National Art Center will also be serving dishes inspired by works shown in the exhibition. Some will also be giving away a limited-edition coaster. 

Tickets

There are a few different types of tickets for this exhibition. A General on-the-day ticket is ¥2,100 for adults, ¥1,400 for university students, and ¥1,000 for high school students.

To save money and time, you may want to get an Early Bird ticket instead. These are ¥1,900 for adults, ¥1,200 for university students, and ¥800 for high school students. Note that these can only be purchased through Lawson Ticket.

More dedicated fans may want to consider getting one of the special entry tickets which includes a piece of exclusive merchandise. These range in price from ¥2,800 to ¥4,100, depending on whether the ticket is General, Early Bird, or Limited Edition. These can also only be purchased on Lawson Ticket.

How to get there

This exhibition is in the National Art Center Tokyo. The easiest way to get there is to take the Chiyoda Line to Nogizaka Station as it is directly connected to the art center. Otherwise, you can take the Hibiya Line or Toei Oedo Line to Roppongi Station and walk 5 minutes.

Organizers may cancel events, alter schedules, or change admission requirements without notice. Always check official sites before heading to an event.
