Standing for the Electric Daisy Carnival, the event is a little more unusual than your regular EDM events and combines creative performances and shows with music from international headliners.
Taking place at Zozo Marine Stadium and Makuhari Beach park over a weekend, EDC in previous years featured names like DeadMau5, Steve Aoki, Diplo, Anoraak, Chris Lake, Afrojack, Galantis, Martin Garrix and plenty more.
The future of EDC Japan
Usually taking place in May, the event didn’t happen from 2020 to 2022, and it seems unlikely that there will be a Japan event in 2023 as there is an EDC Las Vegas event being held from May 19 to 21.
