Sounds of more than 50 artists will cover the area of Hibiya Park and Tokyo Hibiya Midtown for free.
What happens?
There will be many free concerts in Hibiya, including in the open-air concert halls at Hibiya Park (Yaon, Ongakudo, and Kadan), Hibiya Step Square, Tokyo Midtown Hibiya, and more. There will be a range of genres for the whole family and music that lasts the whole day.
Open to everyone, the event features performances from top artists, along with workshops and interactive sessions. The festival’s goal is simple: bring people together through music and make culture accessible to all.
If you want to get involved in a more hands-on way, the organizers are currently running a crowdfunding campaign.
Lineup 2025
From soprano to rap, there will be an eclectic mix of styles.
Highlights include singer songwriter iri, folk song duo Suzume no Tears, hip hop artist PUNPEE, and traditional instrument group Ikuren. See the complete lineup here.
Tickets 2025
While all the concerts will be free to view, some — especially the ones in the largest of Hibiya Parks’s open-air concert halls — will require a ticket to enter which can be applied for on the official website (online tickets may require a small fee). But there will be plenty of live music happening around Hibiya even if you miss out on these.
Organizers may cancel events, alter schedules, or change admission requirements without notice. Always check official sites before heading to an event.
