The Tokyo Toy Show is Japan’s biggest show for the toy trade. While the first two days (Thursday and Friday) are trade-only days, the event is open to the public on the weekend. This year, the event is held together with CoroCoro Tamashii Festival.
What happens?
Don’t expect it to be just a stuffy trade show. There will be a stage with entertainment for the kids — including appearances from various characters — as well as a “kid’s park” with toys (of course) and activities.
The event takes place at Tokyo Big Sight, Halls 1–4.
Schedule 2025
The event runs from Thursday, August 28 to Sunday, August 31.
Trade-only days for industry professionals will be held on August 28 from 10 a.m. to 5:30 pm and August 29 from 9:30 am to 5 p.m.
Public days open to all visitors fall on on August 30 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and August 31 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Organizers may cancel events, alter schedules, or change admission requirements without notice. Always check official sites before heading to an event.Add to Calendar
