Producer and rapper Kaytranada is heading to Japan for two shows only in late August.
What to expect
Off the back of the release of his fourth studio album Ain’t No Damn Way! Kaytranada is doing a mini tour of sorts. The first show will be a Kaytranada headline show at Tokyo’s Toyosu Pit on August 28 with Lou Phelps opening.
The second show will be part of the 24th-anniversary celebrations of the prominent Kyoto nightclub World on August 29. The venue has multiple stages with Kaytranada and Lou Phelps performing on the World Room stage, alongside multiple DJs, VJs, and dancers.
Schedule
- August 28: Toyosu Pit, Tokyo, doors open at 6 p.m., performance starts at 7 p.m. with Lou Phelps opening.
- August 29: World, Kyoto, entry line starts at 9:30 p.m. and doors open at 10 p.m.
Entry
General release tickets are now on sale for the Tokyo show for ¥10,800. General release tickets for the Kyoto show are ¥8,000, and premium tickets are ¥12,000.
How to get there
Toyosu Pit is a 12-minute walk from Toyosu Station, which is accessible via the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line and Yurikamome Line.
World Kyoto is a 1-minute walk from Exit 1 of Kawaramachi Station and a 4-minute walk from Exit 4 of Gion-Shijō Station.
