The team at Latina Parrilla is celebrating one year in Ginza by offering a special treat to their customers.
What to expect
During their successful first year in Ginza, Latina Parrilla’s Matsusaka Wagyu course has become one of their most coveted menu items. Now, as part of their first anniversary celebrations, the team is offering a complimentary glass of Marie Weiss Brut to all guests who order the course between October 26 and November 26.
Prized for its vibrant acidity and rich, toasty notes, the exclusive Marie Weiss Brut is a second label by Ployez-Jacquemart served in Michelin-starred New York restaurant, Daniel.
The Wagyu course includes:
- Amuse with caviar
- Prosciutto with melon
- Beef empanada
- Artisanal chorizo
- Homemade cheese bread
- Wood-fired Matsusaka Wagyu picanha steak 150g
- Sides (grilled vegetables, house salad, and crispy fries)
- Homemade ice cream
Indulge in the rich flavor and sublime texture of one of Japan’s most prized cattle breeds, perfectly prepared on Latina Parrilla’s authentic wood-fired parrilla.
