Learn Japanese and get your anime fix at the same time with this fun 90-minute class in Akihabara.
What to expect
During this lesson, you’ll gain practical Japanese vocabulary and grammar by watching an anime scene and practicing along. You’ll do a first watch, then learn the key words and grammar, practice reading the lines, and watch again to cement your understanding. Later, you’ll think about how you’d apply your new skills in real-life settings.
These classes are recommended for anime fans who want to learn Japanese in a fun way, Japanese learners who want to experience real, natural Japanese beyond textbooks, and intermediate learners seeking to improve their speaking and expression skills.
This class can be attended in person in Akihabara or online and is open to beginners, even if you know only a few basic phrases.
Entry
Class participation is free for members and ¥2,000 for non-members, paid at the door in cash or via PayPay. For non-members, prior registration is required via this Google Form.
