Two culinary worlds clash together for this limited-time feast. Taste the bold flavors of South American grilling paired with the finesse of Japanese wagyū at Latina Parrilla.

What’s on the menu?

The event “Asado & Umami: Where Japan meets South America” showcases premium Japanese wagyū grilled over an open flame in the South American style.

The course includes:

  • Two styles of picanha beef (300g total)
  • 150g of Matsusaka wagyū beef — known for its rich marbling and melt-in-your-mouth texture
  • 150g of wagyū-Australian Angus crossbreed
  • Handmade empanadas, cheese bread, traditional South American chorizo, parrillero rice, crispy French fries, creamy spinach, grilled and seasonal vegetables
  • House-made ice cream for dessert

How much?

The whole meal costs ¥9,000 per person and can be ordered for lunch or dinner. Reservations are required and note that this is a limited-time, special course. South American wine pairings are available at an additional cost.

The event is being held at the restaurant Latina Parrilla. It’s an 8-minute walk from either Ginza Station or Shimbashi Station.
