Matthew Bourne’s Romeo + Juliet

¥12,100 – ¥14,300

Romeo and Juliet has been on stage in hundreds of different ways. British choreographer Matthew Bourne presents his take on the classic in his touring theatrical dance production.

What to expect

Instead of amongst the wealthy Verona families from Shakespeare, the play takes place in the Verona Institute — a boarding school. But the key note is the same: two star-crossed lovers divided by fate.

Matthew Bourne, known for his work on Swan Lake and Dorian Grey, has brought his unique modern flair to the Tokyo stage.

Schedule

Each performance is 1 hour and 50 minutes long.

Performances start at 12:30 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 5:30 p.m., and 7:00 p.m.

Tickets

Tickets are available at five seating tiers: SS, S, A, B, and C. Prices for the most popular A and S tiers, which make up most of the seating, are ¥12,100 for A and ¥14,300 for S.
