Meet Your Art Festival

One of Tokyo’s biggest art events takes over the Tennozu Isle area of Shinagawa.

What happens?

Running since 2022, Meet Your Art has quickly built a name for itself as a major event on Tokyo’s cultural calendar. Regularly featuring works from over 100 artists, the event also features a second-hand clothing and crafts market, as well as delicious food and live performances.

Highlights 2026

The main exhibition, REFLUX: Rising Signs, is directed by actor and dancer Mirai Moriyama, with works by artists including evala, Michiko Tsuda and Osamu Tezuka — yes, that Osamu Tezuka, with an installation based on the crowd scenes in his manga. There are also two art fairs: Meet Your Artists, featuring around 40 artists and over 400 works for sale, and Co-Crossover, a project-based fair with more than 40 artists across 15 projects.

Outside the gallery spaces, expect daily live performances by Japanese and international musicians and DJs on a floating canal-side stage, plus talk sessions at What Café. The Super Art & Craft Market, co-produced with Beams Creative, brings together more than 80 shops and creators from around Japan, covering crafts, art goods, food and drinks.

Tickets 2026

One-day tickets include entry to the main exhibition, both art fairs and priority access to live performances and talk sessions.

Early-bird tickets are available until September 8, with general admission priced at ¥2,000 and student tickets at ¥1,000. From September 9, advance tickets cost ¥2,500 for general admission and ¥1,500 for students. Same-day tickets are ¥3,000 for general admission and ¥2,000 for students.

Junior high school students and younger can enter for free. Students will need to show student ID.

How to get there

The event happens throughout the Tennozu Isle area, with the main art exhibition at Warehouse Terrada G3-6F and the Art Fair at Warehouse Terrada B&C HALL/E HALL. Talk sessions will happen at What Café, and the market will happen throughout What Café, the boardwalk, and Bond Street.
