What to expect
Nerd Nite is a monthly event held at various locations throughout Tokyo where the nerds of the city gather to drink and ponder the big issues of the day.

Every month, Nerd Nite gathers some smart speakers and a curious crowd, cafe food and craft beer, and create something unique. Check out the menu and come early to drink, meet, and be square-y! Kids are also welcome at Nerd Nite.

This month, the event heads to Sugamo to discuss the big history of space exploration and the systemic drivers of longevity

- Maths major-turned-historian-turned-space-educator Dr. Kate Kitagawa will take you on a whirlwind trip through time and space – from ancient stargazers and forgotten dreamers to moon landings, Mars missions, and microgravity medicine.
Tickets
Tickets cost ¥1,000 on the door, or can be bought in advance on their website.
How to get there
Nerd Nite 74 will take place at Ryozan Park Lounge. The closest stations are Sugamo Station on the JR Yamanote Line, a 5-minute walk away, or Sugamo Station on the Mita Line, a 6-minute walk away.
