Oimachi Tracks is kicking things off with a fairly flashy opener: projection mapping around the complex by none other than NAKED INC., the creative company behind plenty of Tokyo’s light and tech shows.
What to expect
Opened on March 28, 2026, Oimachi Tracks is a new mixed-use development directly connected to Oimachi Station. To mark the launch, NAKED INC. has transformed parts of the complex into an after-dark walking route with projection mapping, illuminated installations and light effects across Station Plaza, Cross Plaza and Tracks Park. The whole thing riffs on Oimachi’s railway history, with lights designed to connect the station, plaza and park like a glowing set of tracks through the area.

Oimachi Tracks Light Trail extends until June 1. Catch it every night from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.
