Tokyu Plaza Omotesandō “Omokado” brings back its popular rooftop illumination event.
What happens?
The “Omohara no Mori” terrace will be decorated to resemble a twinkling “forest where stars fall”. Trees and pathways across the terrace will glow in warm light, with starry motifs, reindeer, and polar bear ornaments.
This year, the display is enhanced with new laser effects by NAKED (from December), the creative team known for using light, projection mapping, and sound to transform historic sites and temples.
How to get there
The venue is Tokyu Plaza Omotesandō Omokado. From Shinjuku Station, take the Yamanote Line to Harajuku Station, then walk for around 8 minutes. The entire journey should take under 15 minutes.
Organizers may cancel events, alter schedules, or change admission requirements without notice. Always check official sites before heading to an event.
