Polish performers will serenade your spring afternoon at the Poland Festival in Roppongi.
What to expect
Find a small piece of Poland in upscale Tokyo. The Roppongi Hills arena will host a day of Polish musicians and performers, with everything from jazz to rock on the cards. While you jam to the music and vibes, browse the shop stalls offering a collection of Polish goodies. Pick up some beautiful craft goods like pottery and clothwork — or look for a book, CDs, or even cosmetics.
Don’t worry about snacking before you arrive. A food truck will be serving traditional Polish delicacies, including a warming plate of meaty stew called bigos. Enjoy with some dumplings or pierogi, before satisfying that sweet tooth with some paczki (a type of Polish donut).
