This month-long Halloween celebration in Ikebukuro is designed for families.
What happens?
Children can make their own candy boxes from paper cartons and use them to collect sweets on designated “Trick or Treat Operation” days. There’s a craft workshop, a few stalls with old-school games, and a picture-book rally that sends families around the building. On 31 October, there will be a free concert with costumed performers.

Schedule 2025
The event runs from October 1 (Wednesday) to October 31 (Friday).
