Tokyo Streets is back with another great lineup. This free art exhibition showcases the captivating work of more than 50 talented street photographers. This time, the featured artists are Roman Fox, Nehu Evans, Vanny.work, Young Hama, and Azzy.
What to expect
The Tokyo Streets exhibition highlights the multifaceted nature of street photography, as seen through the lenses of a diverse group of international and Japanese artists. Each photographer brings a distinctive perspective to this genre — using both film and digital cameras to bring their artistic visions to life. Along with streets from Asia, Europe, and the Americas, you can also find other subjects like portraits and landscapes.
Explore each photographer’s unique viewpoint and gain insights into their creative processes in person at Gallery Conceal in Shibuya.
Schedule
Along with the exhibition, there’s a photo walk of the surrounding local area in Shibuya on Friday, May 16 at 8 p.m., hosted by the participating photographers. It costs ¥3,000. Register here.
The reception party is on the evening of Saturday, May 17 from 7 p.m.
