Food, drinks, and fun are the ingredients for a perfect summer evening at the Ueno Panda Beer Festival.
What to expect
Held in the Fountain Square at Ueno Onshi Park, the Ueno Panda Beer Festival is a chance to try some drinks, dancing, and desserts. The event is split into three areas, focused on alcohol, food, and music. The drinks area has five small brewers showcasing their lagers and stouts. You’ll have a chance to try a hoppy brew from Okayama Prefecture or a lighter IPA from Spain for a uniquely international experience.
The food area has 11 different stalls with everything from kebabs to fresh oysters to snack on as you drink. Also, head over to the music area — there will be live performances.
On the last day of the event, the festival will close early at 8 p.m.
