What to expect
The X Games are known for being the most high-profile events in BMX and skateboarding, so expect an elite lineup of athletes. Friday is a practice day, so you’ll get to see some experimental tricks and routines from the competitors.
Things really kick off on Saturday, when the elimination events take center stage. These will be interspersed with some live music performances and awards ceremonies.
The hype carries on through to Sunday, which has the intense BMX park and skateboard street finals. To cool off in between, watch some exhibition battles and trick events — your heart won’t stop pumping.

Tickets from the X Games have to be bought in advance from the official website. You can buy everything from a general 1-day entry ticket for ¥6,500 to an ultra deluxe front sofa seat at ¥360,000.
