Named after the University it once hosted (which relocated to Koganei in 1964), Gakugeidaigaku is a central Tokyo suburb with a 10min ride to Shibuya making it within fairly easy reach of all the action in central Tokyo. Being central and just a couple of stops away from uber cool Nakameguro and also nearby ultra posh neighborhood Denenchofu, Gakugeidaigaku is definitely on the map for nice places to live.
