Marine & Walk Yokohama

This open-air mall is known for its distinctive warehouse and port-inspired atmsophere. It offers a diverse selection of restaurants, boutique shops, and the sight of designer dogs being pushed around in prams.

Being located right next to the water, this shopping mall definitely has a touch of Americana. It feels as though you have been whisked away to California, which is evident in the international restaurants like the Hawaiian café and Pie Holic shop. Don’t worry, there are also some Japanese-themed restaurants though, including a yakiniku place.

In terms of shops, you can find prominent brands such as Carhartt and COS. There’s also a children’s clothing boutique and a pet shop. As mentioned, the area is always full of dogs and is very pet-friendly. It’s almost as if you’re encouraged to bring your pampered pooch.

How to get there

You can get to Marine & Walk Yokohama by walking 9 minutes from Exit 6 of Bashamichi Station or Nihon-Odori Station (both which serve the Minatomirai Line, which connects to the Tokyu-Tōyoko Line).
