Oimachi Tracks is a large retail and dining (plus office and residential complex) at the junction of Oimachi Station’s three train lines. It opened in March 2026 and has some awesome views — especially if you like trains.

What to expect

With Oimachi’s long history as a transit hub, the concept of Oimachi Tracks draws on the area’s literal railyard tracks, as well as the “intersection” of local lifestyles and daily routines, “urban flow”, and — apparently — music “tracks”.

While it’s obviously a new and large urban redevelopment project, it doesn’t detract too much from the area’s local Showa vibes and offers nice green spaces and community areas, as well as more than a handful of things to do.

The area also has some coworking spaces and other offices.
