Located on level two of Keikyu Kamata Station, the Ota City Tourist Information Center provides tourist information for the Ota City area of southern Tokyo.
As well as provide information, they offer classes on Japanese culture. They have free classes on basic etiquette, simple Japanese, traditional games, and origami. There are also paid courses flower arranging, manga, calligraphy, and kimono.
