Shiba Toshogu is a Shinto shrine located within the grounds of Shiba Koen.
At the entrance of the shrine, you’ll find a centuries-old ginkgo tree, thought to have been planted by Tokugawa Ieyasu, the first shōgun of the Tokugawa shogunate in Japan. Additionally, there is a life-sized wooden figure of Ieyasu on the shrine grounds, which he carved himself in 1601; it is now classified as a cultural property
