Shibuya Parco reopened in 2019 with a fabulous new look and plenty to do. On the basement floor is a food hall with plenty of unique restaurants. There’s shops for gamers (check out the Nintendo store) and galleries for creatives. Top it off with a beautiful rooftop accessible to the public.
