Shimizudani Park is a pleasant park located in Kioicho with ornamental ponds, flower gardens, mature cherry trees and an area of forest.
While the park is not big enough to get lost in, the forested area towards the back of the park is quite secluded, providing an escape from the surrounding city. In spring, the cherry trees around the pond are particularly impressive.
The park is a short walk from Akasaka-Mitsuke Station. The Tokyo Garden Terrace development is connected directly to the park while the New Otani hotel is right across the road.
