109 Cinemas Premium Shinjuku is a luxury movie theater located inside Kabukicho Tower in Shinjuku, Tokyo. It offers a high-end moviegoing experience with premium seating, upscale amenities, and a focus on comfort and service.

What to expect

The theater offers two main classes of seats: Class A and Class S. Class S seats are the fanciest ones — think business class airplane seats — spacious, ultra comfortable, and reclining.

It also has a premium lounge that all ticket holders can access before going into the theater. It has unlimited free soft drinks and popcorn, as well as alcohol and food like hot dogs and fries available for an extra charge.

Experience one of the craziest, most colorful places in Tokyo — the all-new Samurai Restaurant, from the creators of the Robot Restaurant. Get your tickets and sit back for a wild show of lasers, lights, samurai, dancers and other uniquely Japanese weirdness.

The theater rooms themselves are small and intimate, with around 100 seats in total. The spaciousness of the seats is great for solo viewing, but it may be tricky if you’re planning to make a move on a date.

The cinema offers advanced screening formats such as ScreenX, 4DX, and Ultra 4DX for select films, providing immersive viewing options, and online ticketing is available.
