Despite the plain appearance of the terminal building, Symphony Bay Cruising is all about the perception of luxury. Passengers waiting to embark are serenaded by a pianist, while attendants with flight attendant-like uniforms usher passengers down the red carpet on to the waiting vessel.

The ship itself is impressively large and sleek with lots of space to move around and admire the view.
