Tokyo Dream Park is scheduled to open in Ariake on March 27, 2026.
Created by TV Asahi, the sleek nine-story complex is designed to host everything from arena-sized concerts and musicals to art exhibitions. It’s shaping up to be one of Tokyo’s biggest new entertainment hubs.
What to expect
Inside, you’ll find SGC Hall Ariake, a concert venue that fits up to 5,000 people; EX Theater Ariake, a new stage for musicals and plays; and EX Studios 7 and 8, which will host rotating exhibitions and digital art experiences.
There’s also a rooftop garden called Dream Terrace, complete with sea views and a restaurant.
Opening highlights
Construction is still underway, but a few opening highlights have been announced. Here’s what you can look forward to:
- As part of the largest ever Doraemon exhibition, over 100 life-size figures (and he’s larger than you think) will take over EX Studio 7. Expect to find Japan-exclusive designs, manga and anime displays, and plenty of photo ops.
- Rêve des Lumières (Atelier des Lumières), the immersive art show from Paris, lands in Japan for the first time, debuting with a Van Gogh projection experience using over 100 projectors.
- EX Theater Ariake launches in April 2026 with AmberS, a new musical, followed by Gekidan Shinkansen’s summer show and the Japanese premiere of a Tony-winning musical.
How to get there

Once completed, it will be about a 5-minute walk from Tokyo Big Sight Station on the Yurikamome Line, or 9 minutes from Kokusai Tenjijō Station on the Rinkai Line.
