Blue Note is one of Tokyo’s most renowned live jazz venues. All of the legends with photos in the lobby, have performed here at some time over the many decades that Blue Note has been in operation.
The front entrance isn’t very grand, but it’s a bit like the tardis from Doctor Who—it’s bigger on the inside.
Tickets to see the acts that play here tend to be quite pricey, so it’s more of a special occasion venue rather than a regular hangout.
