Cicada is a restaurant serving mediterranean cuisine in a relaxed but sophisticated atmosphere in Aoyama.
There are terraces in front and back, with a bar area in between. The rear terrace next to the pond is a great place for a business lunch during the more temperate months.
Overall, the food quality is very good and the value—at ¥2,000 to ¥3,000 for lunch—is excellent for this class of restaurant.
The restaurant is run by Tyson’s, which also operates a number of other international type restaurants around the city including T.Y. Harbor, Ivy Place and The Roastery by Nozy Coffee.
The restaurant is often booked out, so make a reservation in advance to secure a table.
