Relaxed restaurant on the cusp of Shibuya serving soba and seasonal Japanese cuisine. A 15 minute walk away from the noise of Shibuya or Shinsen, and fairly cheap (if you’re happy with Soba as a main dish). The staff are nice, and they make you a free onigiri to take away when you leave.
Try the natto tempura.
