A branch of the Mensho ramen chain. They’re famous for serving chocolate ramen in the run-up to Valentine’s Day.
Aside from chocolate ramen, they claim a unique recipe for their ramen soup. They add seafood stock (dashi) to a tonkotsu broth that has been reduced for 2 days.
Shono serves both ramen and tsukemen. The prices range from ¥790 for the most basic ramen through to ¥1,120 for the Nikumori tsukemen.
