Oden isn’t just a quick winter fill-up from a convenience store, this restaurant is dedicated to this soupy seasonal cuisine.
Otafuku is perhaps Tokyo’s most popular oden restaurant. It has a long history, dating back to the Taisho era more than a hundred years ago.
If you’re expecting it to be really cheap, because it’s oden, then you may be a little surprised with the prices. However, it’s still great value and you’ll be able to try lots of ingredients you probably haven’t had in oden before.
A full meal should set you back about ¥3,000.
