The Hiroo branch of Segafredo Zanetti is a popular spot with the local expats, especially on the weekends.

Tables on the first floor terrace are dog friendly, while there is also a second floor terrace if you want to escape from the dogs.

Segafredo is one of the few good espresso cafes that opens early in the morning—most cafes in Tokyo (that aren’t chains) open at around 11am.
