Opened by the team behind The Ethical Spirits & Co., Tokyo Riverside Distillery is a gin distillery with a focus on sustainability.
Sustainability isn’t just a buzzword here, though. The distillery uses sake lees, cacao husks, and even beer wasted during COVID shutdowns and turns it into small-batch craft gin.

Do you need reservations for Tokyo Riverside Distillery?
Reservations aren’t required. There is a small bar where you can smell the gins on offer and order a drink. The gins can be had with tonic, soda, neat, or on the rocks. Prices start at around ¥700 for a single drink. There are also non-alcoholic options available.
There is standing-room only. For seats, you’ll have to go next door to the restaurant and bar, Stage.
