What’s Wagyu Ramen YOSHI?

This small, counter-only ramen shop specializes in beef-based ramen. Every dish uses beef: from the clear, umami-rich gyūkotsu broth to the handmade gyoza and toppings of A5 wagyu. Bowls of ramen start around ¥1,200.

The menu highlights the shop’s A5 wagyu in several forms. The Wagyu Gyoza, filled with finely ground beef, is a hit. The Tantanmen, the owner’s personal favourite, combines sesame and spice with wagyu broth for a layered, warming taste. The Akabeko Ramen, with a mild chilli kick, highlights Fukushima wagyu, known for its marbling.

All the dishes are made without any pork or alcohol.
