Japanese cuisine features some wonderful vegetarian and vegan dishes, and here you can learn a few to wow your friends back home.

On this cooking experience, you’ll learn how to make 4-5 different dishes, such as steamed azuki and pumpkin, mushroom side dishes and more. The class is based on macrobiotic principles and excludes fish, eggs, white sugar and chemical additives. The teacher has experience at cookery schools in Tokyo and London.
