Art and Incense: Tokyo Kasumi is a collaboration art and fragrance project between artist Erica Ward and Japanese perfumer Ko. Ko crafted four incense fragrances based on the four seasons in Tokyo. Erica Ward was inspired by these fragrances to create the illustrations for this series.
Each illustration combines seasonal imagery with slices of Tokyo urban scenes. The illustrations will be on display and can be purchased with the fragrances.
How to get there
The exhibition will be held at Gallery W Kagurazaka in Shinjuku. The closest station is Kagurazaka Station on the Tokyo Metro, and it’s a minute away.
