Spend an evening in spiritual mode with traditional Jewish chanting and a side of delicious chocolate brownies. The sacred chants are short phrases of sacred text with beautiful melodies to help clear the mind and open the heart. There is no need to be Jewish or speak any Hebrew, as lyric sheets are provided. The entry fee is a suggested donation and all proceeds will go to help Ugandan orphans attend school. Canadian Chant leader Lorne Mallin will lead the chanting which will be followed by tea and triple chocolate brownies – a pretty perfect evening.
