For a “Japan does the USA better than the USA” experience, head to Hooters Ginza for their annual New Year’s countdown party.
Along with the obvious Hooters attractions (the beer and chicken wings of course) you can party like it’s 1999 with a club DJ spinning 70s to 90s tunes.
