A surprise gig that is much needed in the current world of cancellation, UK DJ Jamie XX is taking over Contact for one night only. After global success as part of The XX and inbetween producing for Rihanna, Kanye West and Alicia Keys, he has remixed for Adele, Radiohead, Gil Scott-Heron and Four tet. His own music spans genres including jazz, garage, dubstep and soul and he’s fast become one of the biggest names on the UK music scene and beyond.
Joining him will be Sapphire Slows and Mayurashka in studio X while his sibling Kindred takes over the bar along with Yoshinori Hayashi and Romy Mats on the Contact Floor. Tickets are ¥2,000 in advance or before 10pm, or ¥2,500 on the door (after 10pm). We expect it to sell out fast though so buy ahead if you can!
