A cooking class where you can learn the secrets of Japanese food – this is a tasty way to spend an afternoon. There are two sessions on the day – one from 10:45am – 12:30pm and one from 12:45pm – 2.30pm. Both will include learning how to make gyoza, then Tonkotsu ramen and a wagashi dessert. The payment covers all ingredients and can be paid at the event- you just need to bring an apron. Places can be reserved through messaging on the link below and the event will be held close to Akebonobashi station.
