The Summer Festival at Kasai Rinkai Koen features lots of the typical summer festival activities for kids as well as opportunities to engage in crafts. There will also be Hula Dancing (if it isn’t Samba it’s Hula). The festival will be taking place throughout the huge park. Entry is free, but there is a small fee for most of the attractions.
Organizers may cancel events, alter schedules, or change admission requirements without notice. Always check official sites before heading to an event.
