This specialty vegan cookery class will teach you the basics of Japanese Washoku with a class designed especially for foreign students. The class will give you the opportunity to learn some of the most classic Japanese recipes with a vegan twist. The menu includes sushi, miso soup including making the dashi stock from scratch, and matcha pudding (without eggs). You'll learn to make these dishes in the hands-on cookery session before sitting down to enjoy your meal together. You'll be able to cook food for friends and family, make new friends and learn about Japanese food.
